CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require at least one day prior notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Full and half-day packages or multiple service appointments must be prepaid or secured with a credit card. A charge of 50% of the bill will be deducted if not cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled time. A 100% charge will be made for appointments not honored.

LATE ARRIVALS
If circumstances prevent you from being here at your scheduled time, your service may be shortened if there is another client scheduled immediately after you. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled. We certainly will try our very best to do what we can to accommodate you.
